New Hire Request Process
Use the New Hire Request module on the Support Portal.
Use this form to request hardware and application access and permissions which are not automatically granted during the UltiPro Onboarding Process.
Permissions granted during the UltiPro Onboarding Process could take 24 to 48 hours to complete and may vary for Full-Time and Part-Time Team Members.
This access includes:
- A network account.
- A MS O365 license is assigned.
- MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Mailbox
- OneDrive
- Navigator Access with default location assigned.
- Lighthouse with default location assigned.
- Compass/CRM Dynamics (specific job titles only)
- Teams Phone Number (FT by default, PT upon request only)
For all other team members, permission access or hardware requests, service is granted upon request and approval.
