'Money' & 'Dinero' Printers
- Exclusively used for check printing.
- Located in a locked room 2nd floor by Payroll/Accounting.
- Uses a special MICR toner cartridge.
- Jorge Abelar is point of contact when he needs any help with issues.
- Service is through HP Support under warranty, contact HP Support for assistance.
- Money is new as of March 2025 and is under warranty.
- Dinero is out of warranty; a replacement printer is in the IT Closet if Dinero breaks down.
- The new printer requires a special MICR board be installed and is with the printer in the IT Closet.
- Toner is available also in the closet.
Adding email to address book for scan to email (Toshiba Copiers)
- Login to the printer portal with its IP address or click the link above for the printer you're targeting.
- Expand Registration > Address Book > Contacts
- Add the information and Save

Make sure the user's account is a member of the printer group they need added in Azure AD/Entra ID
(It may take ~30 minutes for the sync and the printer to show up in Company Portal) - Open Company portal and install the printer.

If any errors, try installing the drivers for the printer first. All printer drivers for ALL MODELS are available in the following location online (the specific printer is listed but all model drivers are in the package you download):
- e-STUDIO5525AC | Office MFP | Toshiba Business
- Scroll down to Downloads
- Expand "e-Bridge Current Drivers"
- Download "Windows e-Bridge Universal 2 PCL/PS 32/64 Bit Driver"
- Extract the package and locate the .inf file in the driver's folder, right-click and install.
- You can run setup but that is slower.
Cleaning the queue and restarting print spooler
- Print Server: prdprtsch01
- RDP into the print server with your a-account if you have access. If not, Dawn can assist you.
- Open Print Management Console
- Clear the queue by right-clicking on the printer and 'Open Printer Queue...'
- Select Printer menu item in the queue and Cancel all Documents, also right-clicking on the document and canceling.
- Open Services Console and find the Print Spooler service, right-clicking and restarting the service.
