How to Request Printer Access   On the FreshService Support Portal, Search on ‘Printers’     2) Click on the Catalog item and complete the form. Request Printer Access: Global Service Center (encoreglobal.com)   Upon submission, the printers will appear in the Company Portal ready for installation.   See  How to install a copier/printer article for more information.
